1. About this website
This website is operated by BridgePower, a company formed in Luxembourg. It introduces our energy infrastructure investment and management activities, including development, operation and management of Energy Hubs. For website or business enquiries, use the Contact us button at the bottom of this page.
2. Using the website
These terms apply to your use of this website. Please use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, interfere with the site or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Separate signed agreements govern investments, partnerships, services and project transactions. These website terms do not amend those agreements or create an obligation to enter into a transaction.
3. Investment and project information
Content is provided for general information. It is not personalised investment, financial, tax or legal advice, an offer to sell securities or fund interests, or an invitation to subscribe for an investment. Access to the site does not establish an advisory or investor relationship.
Any investment opportunity is subject to its own formal documentation, eligibility requirements, due diligence and applicable UK, EU and local rules. Obtain independent professional advice before making a decision.
Project concepts, design benchmarks, illustrative calculations, forecasts and market information may change. Actual performance depends on factors including permits, technology, fuel supply, customer demand, contracts, regulation and delivery. Returns, revenue streams, carbon eligibility and emissions outcomes are not guaranteed. Investment capital is at risk.
4. Accuracy and availability
We aim to provide useful and accurate information but do not promise that all content is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Check source references and transaction documents before relying on information. We may update, suspend or withdraw content or access, including for maintenance or security.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and materials belong to BridgePower or their respective owners or licensors. You may view, download and print materials for personal use or internal business evaluation, retaining ownership notices and source attribution. Other reproduction, modification, redistribution or commercial use requires the relevant owner’s permission unless permitted by law. Partner logos remain the property of their owners; their display does not grant a licence to use them.
6. External links
Links to partner websites, public authorities and other sources are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link does not incorporate their terms into these terms or endorse every statement they make.
7. Liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BridgePower is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website information, interruptions or third-party content. This does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory protections or remedies available under applicable Luxembourg, EU or UK law, including consumer rights where relevant. Applicable rules determine the law and courts competent to resolve a website dispute; any separate transaction agreement may specify its own governing law and dispute arrangements.
8. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the current version. Changes apply to future use and do not remove rights that have already arisen. For questions about these terms, use the Contact us button at the bottom of this page.
